The ALE 2026 exhibition is organised by the Asian Lubricants Industry Association (ALIA) and F+L Asia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
Registration & enquiry forms
Name, job title, company, work email, country, phone, and area of interest — submitted when you pre-register as a visitor or enquire about a booth.
Analytics
Page views, session duration, device and browser type, and country via Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use your data
- To process booth enquiries and visitor pre-registrations, and to contact you about ALE 2026.
- To send event updates and F+L Asia editorial communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website using anonymised analytics data.

Processes form submissions and delivers them to our team by email. Data is not stored beyond delivery.
Google Analytics 4

Form submission data is retained for the duration of the event cycle (up to 12 months after ALE 2026) and then deleted unless you have an ongoing business relationship with CimpleO Limited.
